About Us

We are a Wollongong based family of four who continue to work in other fields of employment.

Our journey began in July 2016 when we welcomed our first born daughter. As an ex Event Coordinator and lover of all things party related, I began planning her first birthday and combined christening before she had entered the world, however I couldn’t find an event business in the Illawarra that supplied props to create a party fit for a princess.

A year and a half later and with a son to complete our family, we had sourced some great suppliers and an artist to create our exclusive range of Character Cutouts.

We create custom balloon garlands, walls and arches using the best quality balloons through our qualatex supplier.

Our vision and long term goal is to supply our region with unique, quality and affordable props to create a memorable event.


A.. Our garlands, walls and arches are made from the best quality balloons available. Here at Iprop we use Qualatex and Sempertex grade balloons. We have a minimum purchase of 3m. A 3m garland begins at $150. This cost may vary depending on colours, style of garland and if you require Orbs, foils and balloon balls to complete your desired look. If you have any pictures for inspiration, please feel free to send them through to us. We offer free delivery within the areas of Shellcove to Woonona/Bulli. If you require installation that is not on one of our backdrops/stands, a fee applies. Please let us know so we can organise a quote for you.

We realise that our one piece backdrops, flower walls and balloons are not easy to transport, therefore we offer free delivery from Shellcove to Wonoona/Bulli. A small fee applies to areas outside of those Illawarra suburbs. A fee is not incurred when ordering one of our packages which are inclusive of setup and styling.
We welcome pickup for our transportable props and cutouts. We are located in Lake Heights – 8km from Wollongong CBD. We have a three day hire period, so your not rushing around on the day of your event.

Due to working in other fields of employment, we are not always available to do late night pickups. We do however work closely with our regions venues to organise a stress free delivery and pick up service. Our hours are 7am to 11pm. Delivery and or pickup outside of those hours incur a small fee depending on location.

For all self pick up, a bond is required. Our fee is dependant on items being hired. The fee generally ranges from $50 – $200.
A bond may be required for props that are being picked up the following day. This will be outlined in your quote.

A 25% surcharge applies for Public Holidays
A fee may apply if stair access is required. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure measurements of equipment hired is suitable for the space. This includes door and stair access as well as ceiling height.
